Candle Refill Care
Here’s how to enjoy them safely and beautifully
Trim Your Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to 5mm.
This helps prevent smoking, tunnelling, and soot build-up.Take the sticker off the bottom of the refill.
Press the candle gently into your jar to secure it in place.The First Burn Is the Most Important
Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges on the first burn (usually 2–4 hours).
This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle’s life.Burn Time Matters
Only burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time.
This preserves the fragrance and extends the life of your candle.Keep It Clean
Keep the wax pool free from matches, wick trimmings, and debris.
Stay Safe
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
Keep away from drafts and anything flammable. Always place on a heatproof, stable surface.
