Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if: an item is out of stock payment cannot be authorised incorrect pricing has occurred fraudulent activity is suspected If this happens, you will be contacted and refunded in full where applicable.

Product Information
As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, appearance and finish may occur. We believe this adds to the uniqueness and charm of each item. We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately, however colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Always follow candle safety instructions provided with your order.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, Hubble & Bubble is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, however if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return: items must be unused items must be returned in original packaging where possible proof of purchase may be required Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. 

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with: your order number photographs of the issue a brief description We will always do our best to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
